This site is devoted to my restoration of an authentic Algoma Central Railroad caboose!
I purchased this caboose in early 2001 and moved it from Western Minnesota to its current
location on a set of rails at my home near Colfax, WI. It needed a lot of work, especially
to the exterior, with the goal of making it look as close to the way it originally looked when
